The Alchemist (film)

The Alchemist is an American 1984 horror film about a man who desires to avenge a curse placed on him by an evil magician. The film was directed by Charles Band, and stars Robert Ginty, Lucinda Dooling, and John Sanderford.

The Alchemist was made in 1981, but not released until 1984 in Norway, on video and May 31, 1985 in USA.The film has been released inDVDs, but as of May 24, 2010, MGM has yet to announce any plans to release the film onto DVD in the United States. The regionDVD is considered to be of inferior quality as it is merely a dupe of the original PAL VHS release. ........
